To help keep communication clear and constructive, we ask families, players, and coaches to use email, text messages, and scheduling apps (TeamSnap, GameChanger, etc.)  for logistics only. This includes information such as practice times, game schedules, locations, transportation, uniforms, and other planning details.

Questions or concerns about playing time, coaching decisions, game strategy, or team matters should be discussed in person or by phone. To support respectful and productive conversations, please wait at least 48 hours after a game before contacting a coach about any game-related concern. If a coach receives an email or text about these topics, the coach may respond by asking to schedule a meeting or phone call.

Our goal is to encourage thoughtful communication, reduce misunderstandings, and ensure that important conversations happen in the most respectful and effective way.
